Who we are

This website is operated by ModelZone [legal entity name, registration number and address]. Contact for any privacy question: apply@model.zone.

What data we collect

When you send a model application, we receive the information you enter in the form: first and last name, email, phone or messenger number, country and city, date of birth, gender, height and measurements, experience and preferred direction, links to your Instagram or portfolio, and any text you add about yourself.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

Why we use it

• to review your application and match you with castings, shows, pageants and shoots;
• to contact you about these opportunities.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to apply@model.zone.

Minors

Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Younger applicants may apply only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and we will contact the parent or guardian before any engagement.

How the form works

The form sends your application by email to apply@model.zone through the form delivery service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). The website itself is hosted on GitHub Pages. These providers process the data only to deliver the website and your application.

Who can see your data

Only the ModelZone casting team. With your separate agreement we may share your profile with a specific agency, designer or event producer for a particular casting. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for up to 24 months after the last contact with you, or less if you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, or to withdraw your consent. Write to apply@model.zone and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
